This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules for using services provided by sHosting("we," "us," or "our"), including our current Minecraft server hosting services and any future hosting plans we may later introduce.

This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination, data removal, abuse reporting, or other action we consider necessary to protect our services, users, or third parties.

You may not use our services in a way that unreasonably degrades the experience of other users or puts our infrastructure at risk. We may limit, suspend, or terminate services that create excessive CPU, memory, disk, network, or operational load.

Free services may be subject to stricter limits, lower priority, reduced support, or faster suspension if they create abuse, instability, or excess demand.

If you need to report abuse, please contact us at legal@shosting.tech and include as much relevant detail as possible, such as timestamps, IPs, service identifiers, screenshots, invoice references, or logs.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice where practical before the updated policy takes effect.
