This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for services provided by sHosting("we," "us," or "our"), including our current Minecraft server hosting services and any future hosting plans we may later introduce.
We offer a seven (7) day refund window on all paid products we directly sell. If you are not satisfied with a paid service, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, invoice, or custom agreement, our standard seven (7) day refund window applies to all paid products we directly sell.
Free services do not have a purchase price and therefore are not eligible for monetary refunds.
We may deny or limit a refund request where:
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may immediately suspend or terminate the associated account and services.
Accounts involved in chargebacks or payment reversals may lose refund eligibility, may be permanently restricted from future purchases, and may remain suspended until the dispute is fully resolved.
To request a refund, contact us at legal@shosting.tech from the email address associated with your account and include enough information for us to identify the order, such as your invoice number, service name, and reason for the request.
We may request additional information to verify ownership of the account or payment before processing a refund.
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.
We may issue a full or partial refund if we determine that only part of the order should be refunded.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice where practical before the updated policy takes effect.
